There was no small feat as 25 countries were represented in Lampo’s logo restyling competition – 284 Solutions were submitted in total and we have now the approval from the shortlisted Creators to share with you their “almost winning” proposals.
Let the Creative Solutions parade begin! The order is arbitrary.

The one that stood above all in the eyes of the Italian zippers producer was created by Tumitu – we will have to wait a little bit more to see the winning Solution but … we can see a short video version of his interview. Special thanks to Federico Cembalo for post production.
Interested to you know where you stand, how can you improve your ranking or just curious how it works? Answers to all of that are available on the Top Creators page - the list is refreshed every Monday!

Turin, end of November 2009 on a Saturday afternoon - we meet Tumitu, the winner of the IULM Pitch, and his lovely family in a cozy antique coffee shop. We order a cup of bicerin, traditional Piedmontese coffee drink, and the conversation starts…
All of you were able to sneak a peak at the first positions of the latest Top 150 BootB Creators thanks to the new dedicated block on our home page. However we are now ready to share with you the full list.
Breaking news: a storm has hit Top 10! Except for Denarts and Armint who are holding tight on their first two positions all the rest were seriously affected - we have 5 new entries! By the way did you notice the international winds blowing through the TOP? Kazakhstan, Mexico, Malaysia, South Africa and many more…
A tiny encouraging secret for those in need of consolation – Creators ranking high have two winning pitches in their portfolios and a couple of tens of kept solutions. With all the interesting pitches opening every day and your impressive “creativity luggage” how hard can it be to hit the top next time?! Tumitu has showed us all it is possible – two wins in a row have put him straight on the 3rd position.
Now enjoy the list and keep up with the good work!
Today is a big day! We are pleased to announce the new BootB Home page! We know you didn’t see that coming but we were working hard on this major release and we’ve preferred to keep it secret so we can surprise you in the end :)
It is not because of the soon to arrive winter season that we’ve decided to change BootB’s “coat” :) It is because we wanted to refresh its “look n’ feel”. Plus we had a lot of enthusiastic feedback to incorporate! A big THANK YOU to our committed users. Please keep that feedback coming!
And this is just the beginning, we didn’t relax yet! We have other improvements on the roadmap!
Hey, we have a new interview done by Visualchemist! This time we have talked to Serendipitya, a creator from Cairo (Egypt) who won a “Development of Graphical Guidelines for a new brand” Pitch by CDP. So here it is!
Visualchemist: Please, tell me a little about yourself. Who is Ahmed Barakat?
Serendipitya: Who is Ahmed Barakat? Wow, I’ve never been asked this before!! I guess I am someone, somewhere, trying most of the time to be what he always wanted to be :D
I’m not a graduate of any art or design school, and not even a student. I didn’t take any kind of [art] courses and never thought it would end up as a profession. It’s just the passion of using my eyes to draw things I like to see. I work as a tech support at the most known IT company of all time ;)

Today we publish the second issue of BootB Rating. And… we have new leader!
This issue (exactly as the previous one) is based only on objective facts: number of wins, number of additionally bought Solutions and number of kept Solutions (you can read more on what they mean in the “BootB (non boring :) training about icons for your Solutions” blog post). As these facts represent the results achieved by BootB Creators, we decided to call it BootB Success Rating.
We understand also all those who are interested in knowing who is the most creative talent on BootB and not only who achieved the best results. So, we are thinking about a different system that we plan to introduce to you later. We are thinking to name it BootB Creativity Rating (but any citizen feels free to suggest a different name like in a real republic!)
So, now we share with you a list!
Today we are going to present you another interview by Visualchemist. This time we’ve asked her to interview Idu Fitrano (BootB Creator hitamata) - a designer from Indonesia who won “CREOM Cosmetics: Brand re-styling” Pitch by CREOM.
