Berlitz campaign rolled out

September and October are the peak months of the year for language courses providers and Berlitz wanted to take full advantage of them this year through a hard to overlook billboard campaign. Therefore, back in June the language school opened a Pitch on BootB curious to see whether BootB Creators were up to the challenge.

But what started as a test, finished to be a surprisingly successful outcome for Berlitz who confessed it was really hard to pick among so many remarkable proposals. The winning Solution came all the way from Australia, submitted by flood, one of our long-standing Creators, priding himself with two previous Pitch victories :).

A girl with two tongues?

Targeting busy and sleepy or eventually tired people while commuting, standing out from all the others schools’ billboards and striking people passing by, was essential for the campaign success. How did flood come up with such a simple but impactful idea? Starting from the expression “mother tongue” he imagined that a person fluent in an additional language to its native one, is “speaking in two tongues” :).

Here is a shot of the live campaign, taken in one of Rome’s tube stops.

Impossible not to notice it!

Agree. It’s not a so conventional concept and for this reason the campaign can receive good feedback anyway..If the goal was to gain attention then maybe it is on the the “right/wrong” way :)

have ensured the attention, especially for second language sickly ….definitely out of place in a female mouth and healthy looking.

A me piace, rende molto bene il messaggio :)
Funziona.

I like it, it works.
A really good idea.
