“Decorate my Vespa!” was one of the most fun Pitches we ever had. Behind it there were two passionate brothers running The Vespa Club of Britain. Totally in love with their precious 1965 scooter they came to BootB for a unique design to be showed off during the Vespa World Days, especially since the 2012 edition will be hosted by their National Vespa Club.

We’re counting on sharing the winning design pretty soon, but in the mean time let’s see who made it on the shortlist and what VespaBrothers had to say about their proposals. Click on the images to see the full Solution.

Solution number 7, Instructions Book signed by LAAG:“Without any doubt the most original and detailed creation of all“, said VespaBrothers.

“A touch of retro style, simple but so beautiful… perfect to wear with a leather helmet and a pair of vintage moto glasses!“ is what Vespa Brothers had to say about Solution number 61, “Vespa Lotus” submitted by malex80.

Second shortlisted Solution belonging to malex80, Hawaii Blue: “How to feel like surfing the waves in California, even when you are in the centre of London… Thanks also for the other dozen of beautiful variants to this idea!“ added VespaBrothers.

78 from Argentina, created by Babasonico“, The wasp flies through the field: “It makes me feel like driving in the nature :)“, reported VespaBrothers.

Ignore’s creation VespaCube, number 108, was anything but ignored by the Brand: “Too COOL!! If only you did it on a white background… maybe you could have won.“

“Fantastic painting by a professional street painter. Love it!“ said VespaBrothers about Good Vespa, number 127 proposed by whiteoctopus.

There were other four Solutions featuring the shortlist, but their Creators preferred not to share them with us. However we thought they would like to see the feedback from Vespa Brothers:
