Remember the Russian computer shop looking for a unique name and logo? Let us refresh your memory!
A year ago a new retail computer shop with an innovative shopping process, offering a wide range of computer related products, was finding its way to the Moscow market. Its target? Techies (also known as computer geeks :)) or at least those who don’t need a shop assistant to tell them what they need to buy. Designed with an automated buying system, allowing cost savings that translated into lower prices for the end clients, this shop needed an outgoing image.
Discover it!
Wow indeed! In case you don’t speak Russian, the name of the recently launched shop is nothing more and nothing less than ogo! – which is the Russian exclamation of surprise. The shop has opened its doors on August 2nd and it already has enthusiastic customers.
“We would like to thank BootB one more time for helping us to find this unique and bright brand. We already have a lot of grateful customers and we are very glad to work for them under this brand.” said Maria Yakovleva, Marketing Director.
Friendly and chatty, pixeled in pink tones - that’s the mood with which Dionis, managed to overcome the impersonality of the automated buying system (most probably welcomed by ogo!’s clients :))
Curious to see how the shop looks like? Here are a couple of pictures! Soon we’ll show you some other creativity with business impact; till then - have a creative time!

No, the Russian “ого” is pronounced as “ogo”, and that word-exclamation means something like “wow!” in English |
