Mi rendo conto che questo non è propriamente lo spazio adatto ma fintanto che non c’è uno spazio off-topic non so dove gli utenti possano parlare di queste cose.
Volevo semplicemente chiedere a BootB se la newsletter viene mandata a tutti nel medesimo tempo.
Mi sono reso conto che non appena mi arriva la mail della newsletter e io, cliccando sul link, vado a vedere la gara, ci sono sempre già pubblicate dalle 5 alle 10 soluzioni…
Come è possibile? Credevo la newsletter fosse immediata.
Pensavo che quando viene pubblicata una gara, gli utenti ricevessero in automatico la newsletter.
Allora i punti sono questi:
A- Le gare prima vengono pubblicate sul sito, poi in un secondo momento (quando ci si ricorda) vengono inviate le news
B1- Le gare e le newsletter vengono inserite e inviate contemporaneamente e qualche creativo è velocissimo nel creare oppure ha già proposte attive nel suo repertorio che gli fan comodo e usa quelle
B2- Stessa cosa come B1 ma quelle 5/10 soluzioni sono solo “virtuali”, cioè sono fatte in modo da incentivare i creativi a mettersi al lavoro, come per dire “Ehi, c’è già gente che lavora e tu sei lì a non fare nulla”.

Come funziona quindi?
Sarebbe giusto ricevere risposte…

Creare filmati multimediali, animazioni e web pages richiede più tempo, materiale e software specifico che non creare un logo…. ecco perchè in queste gare latitano spesso i creativi, senza contare che spesso il budget non incentiva se paragonato all’impegno ;-)

Firstly, thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We are always happy to clear any doubts Creators might have. You can write us at info@bootb.com every time you have one.

Secondly, thank you again for suggesting possible answers, however none of them is close to being correct :)

This is how our notification system works: usually immediately after a new Pitch gets opened, announcing letters are sent out at 5-10 minutes interval each language - in function of the number of languages, the maximum time gap between the first and the last set of letters is 1 hour.
However sometimes when Pitches go online during the weekend or late afternoon, announcing letters get sent the day after or the very first working day.

Please also consider that immediately after launching a new pitch we post the link both on Facebook and Twitter. Moreover there are lots of enthusiastic Creators checking the All Pitches page regularly - this is where the “early” Solutions come from :)
